Scott Kafka

Scott came to the Lowcountry by way of Memphis ,TN. He grew up in the suburbs of Germantown and went to college at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) where he received his bachelor's degree. Newly married and wanting to start a life and family, he moved to Charleston sight unseen and began his career in sales. A few years later, with a passion and an entrepreneurial spirit he started one of the first mosquito control companies in the Lowcountry. During his time running his company and building it for over 14 years, he was exposed to some of the finest real estate and homes in the area. ""I fell in love with the hidden courtyards of downtown and the sprawling homes of the barrier islands."" Scott is detail-oriented and is passionate about learning the needs, wants and dreams of his clients. His professionalism shines through in everything he does as well as his zest for life. Scott has two children. His son Rhett and his daughter Greer are the apple of his eye. He enjoys spending his time traveling with them for sports and new adventures when he is not helping his clients reach their real estate dreams.
