Real estate has a lot of moving parts, and most of the stress comes from not knowing what's happening next. My role is to keep communication clear, timelines on track, and every detail moving toward a successful closing.

Clients often tell us they expected buying or selling a home to feel overwhelming—but were surprised by how organized and straightforward the experience felt. That's intentional. I believe responsiveness, follow-through, and strong relationships are just as important as market knowledge.

Outside of real estate, Kelly and I are raising two young kids here in South King County. Building our family in this community gives us an even deeper appreciation for helping others find the place they'll call home.
